Bowood, Calne
Bowood offers a fantastic adventure playground for children, surrounded by open countryside with beautiful rhododendrons, an enormous lake and a Doric temple. Either picnic, eat at the coffee shop or enjoy the carvery at the restaurant situated in the spectacular house.

Oasis, Swindon
The Oasis Leisure centre's swimming pool offers 3 gigantic water slides, a wave machine, hydroslides, lagoon falls waterslide and an under 8 interactive pirate ship. Parents are free to work out in the gym, or relax in the café with some tea.

Bristol Zoo, Clifton
With daily animal displays, a spectacular adventure playground and constant crafts for children including badge making, face painting and more, your child will be fully entertained! Weymouth Carnival
Enjoy a fun filled day at Weymouth Carnival with a parade of colourful floats, fantastic flight displays from the Red Arrows, limbo dancing on the sandy beach, fair rides and a major firework display on the bay itself! Even after the Carnival, enjoy the relaxation of a sandy beach with some freshly caught fish and chips.

Victoria Park is made up of 57 acres of land overlooked by the crescent with many attractions including a skateboard ramp, tennis, bowling and putting green, boating pond, free child’s play area and 12/18 hole golf course! If none of the above attractions appeal to you parents, there is a beautiful botanical garden to see; otherwise, a classic picnic and flake 99 ice cream never fails.
